DEPOSIT

On confirmation of eachevent there will be a 15% non-refundable charge, of the total cost of event

For new customers final payment is due four days prior to the event. For returning customers payment will be required three days after the event.

Pricings

Our pricing is per head for the food cost.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an event George’s Kitchen would need this in writing at least four weeks prior to event.

Events cancelled with less than two weeks notice will be charged as follows:
  • 10–14 days: 50% of the estimated final invoice.
  • 5–9 days: 80% of the estimated final invoice.
  • 4 days: charged at 100%.

Staff and Hire

The client’s contract with the hire company for the provision of the equipment is between the client and the hire company, including any breakages or loss of equipment which may occur. We will organise any hire equipment required and liaise between the client and the hire company. The client, however, is expected to pay the hire company directly.

We organise the staff for the client but the contract for the staff is between the client and the staff. We will act as a liaison between the client and the staff. The client, however, is expected to pay the staff directly.

Rubbish

  • We are not responsible for rubbish removal—that is an extra cost.
  • We are not responsible for bottle removal—that is an extra cost.
