Tom and Zoe hired us to cater for their wedding at Bartholomew Barn in Sussex. Their wedding was Burgundian-themed and we created a French-styled menu to match. For the starter, we prepared a baked Camembert with garlic ciabatta and homemade spicy plum and apricot and ginger chutney. The main was confit leg of duck with baked swede gratin, spinach and morel jus. Guests were then treated to a dessert of macaron ice cream sandwiches.

"We booked George to cater for our wedding in October. My wife looked beautiful in her wedding dress. Nothing came close to upstaging her... apart from George's fantastic food. We'd decided to go with George after he catered at a friend's party – and from the initial discussions about the menu, to the food tasting, to the organising of the waiting staff – George was informative, charming & patient. On the day, the food was delicious; oozing camembert & garlic croutons, sumptuous duck, and orgasmic ice cream macarons – it was all our guests spoke about (apart from how beautiful my wife looked). I'll definitely use George if I ever get married again!"
